Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced AWS Integration Developer with 8-10 years of expertise in designing, architecting, and delivering scalable, secure, and high-performance integration solutions. This role is responsible for building and optimizing APIs, data pipelines, and cloud-native integrations leveraging AWS services and modern integration frameworks.

The ideal candidate will possess strong cloud architecture and software development skills, extensive hands-on experience with AWS technologies, and a deep understanding of enterprise integration patterns, distributed systems, and data processing. In addition to technical excellence, the candidate should have a proven track record of leading technical initiatives, mentoring development teams, and collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders to deliver robust, scalable, and business-critical solutions.

Key Responsibilities

Integration Development

- Design, develop, and enhance scalable AWS-based connectors, APIs, and data pipelines.
- Architect and implement cloud-native integration solutions for vendor-specific business requirements.
- Develop reusable frameworks, templates, and accelerators to enable efficient and scalable delivery.
- Ensure solutions adhere to integration architecture standards, security best practices, and performance requirements.
- Drive modernization of legacy integrations using AWS serverless and event-driven architectures.

Quality, Performance & Support

- Lead the implementation, configuration,



and deployment of integration solutions for enterprise clients.
- Partner with clients to understand business requirements and translate them into scalable technical solutions.
- Conduct solution design workshops and provide technical guidance throughout the implementation lifecycle.
- Support UAT, production rollout, and post-go-live stabilization activities.
- Act as the primary technical escalation point for complex client and production issues

Collaboration & Delivery

- Ensure secure, reliable, and high-quality data exchange across platforms and applications.
- Monitor, troubleshoot, and optimize integration performance, scalability, and operational reliability.
- Conduct architecture and code reviews to maintain engineering standards and solution quality.
- Mentor team members to share best practices and contribute to integration standards and governance.
- Collaborate with Product, Professional Services, and cross-functional teams to drive successful project delivery

Required Skills & Experience

Technical Skills

- Strong experience in Python (API development, automation, data processing)
- Hands-on experience with AWS services (Lambda, API Gateway, S3, Step Functions, EventBridge, SQS/SNS, DynamoDB, and RDS)




- Familiarity with React.js And CSS component for front-end development
- Strong proficiency in SQL and complex query writing
- Experience with Git, CI/CD pipelines, and Infrastructure as Code

Integration & Architecture

- Robust understanding of JSON, XML, OAuth/JWT authentication, and event-driven architectures.
- Experience integrating HR, Payroll, ERP, SaaS, and enterprise applications.
- Expertise in data mapping, transformation, validation, and synchronization.
- Hands-on experience with API-based and file-based integrations.
- Strong knowledge of enterprise integration patterns and scalable solution design

Tools & Practices

- Experience with Git, Bitbucket, Postman, and modern development workflows.
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines, testing, and change management processes.
- Familiarity with Infrastructure as Code (Terraform/CloudFormation) and DevOps best practices.

Education

- Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field (or equivalent practical experience)
