Roles and Responsibilities :

- Manage the day-to-day operations of fund accounting, ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting for clients.

- Oversee a team of accountants to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies.

- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing exceptional customer service and support.

- Analyze complex financial data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for improvement.

Job Requirements :

- 9-13 years of experience in fund accounting or related field (private equity).

- Strong knowledge of GAAP (Generally Accepted Accounting Principles) and regulatory requirements (e.g., SEC).

- Proven leadership skills with ability to manage teams effectively.

- Experience working in an investment banking or venture capital setting.
