- Lead production patching, upgrades, and migration activities across complex Avaya UC and Contact Center environments, ensuring successful execution through MOP-driven implementations and rigorous validation practices.
Key Responsibilities • Plan and execute production patches, upgrades, and migrations following approved MOPs.
- Perform technical validation and health assessments before and after implementations.
- Lead critical maintenance activities and manage technical escalations during release windows.
- Ensure system stability, risk mitigation, and successful customer outcomes for complex deployments.
Technical
Expertise (Version 8.x or Higher)
• Avaya Aura (CM, SM, SMGR), IX Messaging • Oceana, Analytics, CMS • Experience Portal, SBC, IX Workforce Engagement • VMware ESXi 7.x+ Mandatory Qualifications & Skills • 5+ years of experience implementing patches, upgrades, and migrations in enterprise Avaya environments.
- Robust expertise in MOP-based production deployments and change management.
- Excellent troubleshooting, stakeholder communication, and technical documentation skills.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Electronics Engineering, or equivalent.
