n? Key Responsibilitiesn
nTroubleshoot AV and meeting room equipmentn
nSupport Teams/Video Conferencing, microphones, speakers, displays, and projectorsn
nPerform AV setup, break/fix, and equipment replacementn
nProvide onsite event and meeting supportn
nPerform basic network, cabling, and infrastructure smart hands activitiesn
nSupport laptops, desktops, and other end-user devicesn
nCoordinate with remote teams, vendors, and client stakeholdersn
nUpdate tickets and provide onsite visit reportsn
n✅ Requirementsn
n3+ years of experience in AV / IT Infrastructure / EUC Supportn
nHands-on AV troubleshooting experiencen
nKnowledge of Crestron, Extron, Biamp, Dante, Logitech, Poly, Cisco, etc. is an advantagen
nBasic networking and cabling knowledgen
nGood English communication skillsn
nCustomer-facing and professional approachn
nAbility to work independently onsiten

nThis is an on-call/dispatch chance and NOT a full-time position. Technicians will be assigned to onsite support requests based on client requirements. Payment is based on actual hours worked.n
