Role Overview

We are looking for a talented Audio-Video (AV) and Zoom, Webex, Google Meet,Ms Team Specialist. The role involves managing enterprise Audio Video virtual conferencing systems,providing end-user support for Zoom meetings/webinars. Basic network knowledge alsoshould be mandatory.

Key Responsibilities

Audio-Video Zoom Management:

- Configure, manage, and troubleshoot Audio-Video systems (conference rooms,projectors, microphones, speakers, displays).
- Act as the primary administrator for Zoom Meetings, Zoom Rooms, and Webinars.
- Handle the real-time technical support for virtual and hybrid meetings.
- Ensure high-quality AV performance and minimal downtime.

Documentation & Training:

- Prepare user manuals, FAQs, and knowledge-base documentation for AV/Zoom for

the day to day conference conducted
- Maintain compliance and audit-ready records of AV infrastructureRole & responsibilities

Qualifications & Skills

Education:





Bachelors Degree / Diploma in IT, Electronics, Computer Science, or related field.

Experience:

- 2–5 years of experience in managing AV systems and video conferencing tools.
- Hands-on experience with Zoom administration (Meetings, Rooms, Webinars).
- Technical Skills:
- Familiarity with AV hardware (projectors, speakers, displays, microphones).
- Zoom, Google Meet and Webex administration (user management, troubleshooting,
- reporting).
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office tools and Google apps.
- Basic network management

Soft Skills:

- Solid troubleshooting and problem-solving ability.
- Good communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Having good command of languages like English and Hindi
- Quick learner for the new technology in the field of Video conferencing systems.
