Our fleet and workload is growing and we're looking to expand our Masterton Panel shop team. We have opportunities for both an experienced Automotive Spray Painter and a Panel Beater/Coach Builder.
We're looking for people who take real pride in their trade, have a strong attention to detail, and are passionate about delivering quality workmanship.
You will have proven experience (5 years+) in either Panel Beating or Coach Building and/or Automotive Spray Painting, with the relevant trade qualifications, or equivalent level of experience)
In addition to your trade expertise, our preferred candidates will have:
- Excellent attention to detail to take pride in producing high-quality finishes.
- Motivated and reliable, with the ability to meet deadlines without cutting corners.
- Solid communication skills to work effectively as part of a team.
- A willingness to mentor and share knowledge with apprentices.
- A quality-focused and continuous improvement mindset.
- Flexibility to work additional hours when required to complete projects.
- A Class 2 Heavy Vehicle Drivers Licence or a willingness to obtain.
