As an Automation Tester - Senior Associate, you will engage with clients to deliver comprehensive testing solutions within our Advisory - Other competency network. You will focus on Guidewire Testing, a critical component of Business Application Consulting, to support the Banking and Capital Markets sector. As a Senior Associate, you will leverage your skills to analyze complex problems, mentor junior team members, and maintain professional standards.

You will build meaningful client connections and develop a deeper understanding of the business context, navigating complex situations to deliver quality outcomes.

In this role at PwC Acceleration Center India, you will be part of a dynamic team within our Business & Supply Chain Operations network, focusing on Life, Annuity & Group Benefits Operations. You will have the opportunity to enhance your personal brand and technical skills while working closely with clients to anticipate their needs and deliver tailored solutions. Responsibilities

- Conducting automation testing for Guidewire InsuranceSuite applications to enhance system reliability
- Collaborating with client teams to identify and address testing requirements and challenges




- Developing and executing functional and regression testing plans to validate software performance
- Utilizing analytical thinking to interpret test results and provide actionable insights
- Implementing quality assurance methodologies to maintain software integrity and compliance
- Engaging in AI-human collaboration to optimize testing processes and outcomes
- Configuring Guidewire ClaimCenter and PolicyCenter to align with client specifications
- Leading user acceptance testing (UAT) to confirm software meets business needs
- Embracing change and innovation to improve testing strategies and methodologies
- Supporting the integration of Guidewire software with existing client systems

What You Must Have
- At least a Bachelor's degree
- At least 2 years of experience
- Oral and written proficiency in English required

What Sets You Apart
- Preference for at least one of the following fields of study: Actuarial Science, Business Administration/Management, Business Analytics, Commerce, Computer and Information Science, Computer Applications, Computer Engineering, Computer Engineering & Accounting, Data Processing/Analytics/Science, Economics, Electrical Engineering, Engineering, Engineering and Business, Finance, Information Technology, Management Information Systems, Mathematics, Mechanical Engineering, Operations Management/Research, Risk Management, Software App, Statistics

- Excelling in functional and regression testing methodologies
