- 8–10 years of experience in QA Automation, with solid experience in designing enterprise-level automation solutions.
- Design and implement scalable automation frameworks and architecture for Web and API testing.
- Strong hands-on expertise in Selenium with Java/Python and API automation using REST Assured or equivalent tools.
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines, Jenkins, Git and DevOps integration.
- Define automation strategy, coding standards, reusable components and best practices.
- Perform framework reviews, troubleshoot complex automation issues and improve test coverage.
- Provide technical leadership and mentoring to automation teams.
- Collaborate with development, QA, DevOps and business teams.

Education: Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering or equivalent.
