Job Summary

Avenir Design Studio is looking for a skilled and detail-oriented AutoCAD Draftsman to prepare accurate technical drawings and detailed 2D plans based on design requirements. The candidate will work closely with the design and project teams to convert concepts into precise drawings and support ongoing interior, architectural, and scale-model projects.

Key Responsibilities

- Prepare detailed 2D drawings, plans, elevations, sections, and working drawings using AutoCAD.
- Convert design concepts and sketches into accurate technical drawings.
- Prepare drawings as per project requirements, dimensions, and specifications.
- Coordinate with designers, architects, and project teams to understand drawing requirements.
- Make revisions and modifications to drawings based on feedback.
- Maintain proper drawing standards, layers, dimensions, annotations, and file organization.
- Prepare drawings for execution, fabrication, and site requirements wherever required.
- Ensure accuracy and attention to detail in all drawings.
- Maintain and update project drawings and documentation.




- Coordinate with vendors/fabricators whenever required to clarify technical drawings and dimensions.

Additional Advantage
- Knowledge of scale model making/fabrication will be an added advantage.
- Candidates familiar with scale-model detailing, cutting/fabrication drawings, measurements, materials, and assembly requirements will be preferred.
- Basic understanding of architectural/interior design and construction drawings will be beneficial.

Required Skills
- Strong knowledge of AutoCAD 2D.
- Ability to read and understand architectural/interior drawings.
- Good understanding of measurements, dimensions, and technical detailing.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to work independently as well as coordinate with a team.
- Valuable communication and time-management skills.
- Knowledge of MS Office is an added advantage.

Qualification
- Diploma/Degree in Architecture, Interior Design, Civil Engineering, Drafting, or a related field.
- Relevant experience in AutoCAD drafting will be considered.

Working Days: Monday to Saturday 2nd & 4th Saturday: Off

Pay: ₹22,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
