About the Position:

We are seeking a CA – Semi Qualified with 0–5 years of experience to support taxation, audit, financial reporting, TDS compliance, tax assessments, and banking-related reports. The role will involve assisting the Finance team in maintaining accurate financial records and ensuring compliance with applicable tax and accounting requirements.

Key Responsibilities

- Assist in TDS compliance, including computation, deduction, payment, return filing and reconciliation. Assist in computation and payment of advance tax and monitoring of tax positions throughout the year. Assist in preparation and review of financial statements in accordance with applicable Ind AS, accounting standards and regulatory requirements.




- Assist in preparation of tax audit reports and compilation of necessary financial and tax information for tax audit requirements.
- Assist in handling direct tax assessments, notices and other tax-related matters.
- Assist in preparation of financial information and other reports required for credit rating assessments. Assist in preparation of bank follow-up reports, financial statements, stock statements and other periodic financial reports required by banks.
- Assist in ensuring compliance with applicable tax laws, Ind AS, accounting requirements and other relevant regulations.
- Assist in various finance, taxation and reporting projects assigned.

Required Skills

- Good knowledge of direct taxation, TDS provisions and applicable tax laws.
- Good understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting requirements.
- Exposure to preparation and review of financial statements.
- Good analytical, communication and reporting skills.
- Strong ethical standards and high level of integrity.
