Job Title: Atlassian (Cloud) Administrator & Developer

Experience: 3–5 Years

Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced Atlassian Jira Administrator with strong hands-on expertise in Jira Software, Jira Service Management (Jira Service Desk), and Confluence. The candidate will be responsible for administering, configuring, and optimizing Atlassian Cloud environments to support software development, ITSM, and enterprise service management processes.

Key Responsibilities:

- Configure and administer Jira projects, Scrum/Kanban boards, workflows, issue types, custom fields, screens, and schemes.
- Manage Jira permissions, roles, groups, notification schemes, and user access.
- Create and maintain Jira Automation rules to streamline business processes.
- Configure Jira Service Management projects, request types, queues, customer portals, SLAs, and escalation workflows.
- Administer Confluence and integrate it with Jira for knowledge management and self-service support.
- Manage Jira and Confluence user onboarding, access provisioning, and security.
- Integrate Jira with Confluence, Bitbucket, CI/CD tools, and third-party applications using APIs/webhooks.
- Create and maintain dashboards and reports for Agile metrics, SLA compliance, and service performance.




- Troubleshoot Jira configuration, access, performance, and integration issues.
- Provide end-user support, training, and documentation.
- Support Atlassian Cloud migrations, including Cloud-to-Cloud migration of projects and instances.
- Evaluate and manage Atlassian Marketplace apps based on business requirements.

Required Skills:

- 3–5 years of hands-on experience in Jira Administration.
- Strong experience with Jira Software and Jira Service Management/Jira Service Desk.
- Solid Confluence Administration experience.
- Hands-on experience with Jira workflows, schemes, custom fields, screens, permissions, and notifications.
- Experience with Jira Automation.
- Knowledge of ITSM/ITIL processes.
- Experience with Jira dashboards and reporting.
- Knowledge of APIs, REST APIs, webhooks, and integrations.
- Experience with user management and Atlassian security models.
- Troubleshooting and administration of Atlassian Cloud environments.

- Jira/Confluence Cloud migration experience
- Atlassian Administrator certification such as ACP-100 / ACP-420
