Key Responsibilities

- Manage daily end-to-end last-mile delivery operations.

- Plan and allocate shipments, routes, manpower, and delivery resources.

- Supervise and manage Delivery Executives / Field Executives.

- Monitor daily dispatch, delivery performance, pending shipments, RTO and delivery exceptions.

- Ensure timely shipment allocation and closure as per operational targets.

- Track attendance, productivity, manpower availability and deployment.

- Handle customer and operational escalations and ensure timely resolution.

- Monitor delivery routes and resolve field-level operational issues.

- Coordinate with internal teams and delivery partners for smooth operations.

- Prepare and maintain daily MIS and operational reports.

- Ensure adherence to company SOPs, safety standards and process guidelines.

- Identify operational gaps and implement corrective actions to improve productivity and service quality

Pay: ₹225,000.00 - ₹250,000.00 per year
