Role Description The Asst.

Manager

Production – Cosmetic Industry will oversee day-to-day manufacturing operations for personal care and cosmetic products at AGOrganica’s in office facility in Noida. This full time role involves planning and executing production schedules, coordinating with R&D; and quality teams, and ensuring batches are manufactured in line with regulatory, safety, and quality standards. The person in this role will supervise production staff, monitor equipment performance, and optimize processes to meet output and efficiency targets.

Responsibilities include maintaining production documentation, supporting audits, managing raw material usage,



and troubleshooting issues that may affect timelines or product quality. The Asst.

Manager

Production will also contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and collaborate with management to implement best practices across the production floor.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess skills in production planning, line supervision, and workflow coordination within cosmetic or personal care manufacturing.
- Candidates should possess skills in process optimization, capacity utilization, and minimizing wastage while maintaining consistent product quality.
- Candidates should possess skills in quality control, adherence to GMP and safety standards, and handling documentation for audits and compliance.
- Candidates should possess skills in team leadership, staff training, and cross-functional communication with R&D;, quality, and maintenance teams.
- Candidates should possess skills in basic data analysis, reporting of production metrics, and use of ERP or production management software.
- Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Chemical Engineering, Cosmetic Technology, Pharmacy, or a related field is preferred.
- Prior experience in cosmetic, personal care, or FMCG manufacturing, ideally in a supervisory or assistant manager role, is highly beneficial.
- Solid understanding of cosmetic formulations, raw materials, and packaging processes will be an advantage.
- Ability to work on-site in Noida, manage multiple priorities, and maintain a safe, clean, and compliant production environment.
