Position Summary: The Assistant Manager. Key responsibilities include managing payroll, HR compliance, employee welfare programs, and ensuring adherence to local laws and company policies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee payroll and personnel administration.
- Lead the hiring and selection of hourly and contract employees.
- Administer local training programs and ensure organizational compliance.
- Manage employee welfare facilities.
- Conduct safety and implement continuous improvements.
- Ensure statutory compliance with labor and factory laws.
- Manage contract labor and facility management teams.
- Liaise with government officials for compliance and social security matters.
- Qualifications:
- Bachelors/Masters degree in Human Resources.
- Proficiency in Telugu, Hindi and English.
- 5+ years of experience in a manufacturing setting.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Proficient in MS Office applications.
