Role & responsibilities

- Own day-to-day accounting, monthly closing and MIS by the 5th working day.

- Prepare annual financial statements and manage statutory, tax and internal audits.

- Prepare budgets, budget-vs-actual reports and product / machine-hour costing for quotations.

- Manage cash flow, working capital, banking limits, LCs, bank guarantees and forex.

- Ensure compliance with GST, TDS, Income Tax, FEMA, and import/export requirements (DGFT, EDPMS/IDPMS, RoDTEP).

- Act as finance key user for the ERP and improve internal controls and processes.

- Lead a team of 23 and coordinate with banks, auditors, customers and vendors.

- Prepare annual budgets, budget vs. actual analysis and financial MIS.

- Manage cash flow, working capital and banking facilities.

Preferred candidate profile

- CA / CMA with 6 to 12 years' experience in a manufacturing company.

- Hands-on with GST, TDS, FEMA, import/export accounting, LC and BG.

- ERP experience (SAP, D365 or similar) and strong Excel skills.

- Valuable English; Gujarati or Hindi preferred.
