LEGAL ASSOCIATE – CIVIL & CRIMINAL LITIGATION

Location: Dehradun & Haridwar

Experience: 1–4 Years

Qualification: LL.B. from a recognized university

Joining: Immediate Joiner

- Prepare and prosecute petitions under Section 528 of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 (BNSS) / Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 (CrPC).
- Independently handle and assist in Civil and Criminal Litigation matters before Trial Courts, High Courts and the Supreme Court.
- Draft, file and appear in regular bail, anticipatory bail and bail cancellation applications, along with other criminal miscellaneous applications.
- Handle criminal appeals, criminal revisions, criminal transfer applications and Criminal Writ Petitions (WPCRL) under Articles 226 and 227 of the Constitution of India.
- Handle and conduct criminal trials before Magistrate Courts across India, with particular focus on matters arising in Delhi, Uttar Pradesh and Uttarakhand.
- Handle civil suits, written statements, replies, rejoinders, interim applications, injunction matters and other civil pleadings.
- Handle and assist in civil appeals,



revisions and other proceedings, including recovery, property, injunction and commercial disputes.
- Independently handle proceedings under Section 138 of the Negotiable Instruments Act, including cheque dishonour complaints, trial proceedings and related appellate/execution matters.
- Conduct legal research, prepare case briefs and written submissions, and assist Senior Advocates during hearings.
- Coordinate with clients, investigating agencies, courts and other stakeholders to ensure effective case management.
- Stay abreast of developments in civil and criminal laws, procedures and judicial precedents.
