- Manage day-to-day operations of the US Healthcare team, ensuring productive processing of medical billing and revenue cycle management (RCM) activities.
- Oversee a team of professionals responsible for RCM, providing guidance on process improvements and quality control measures.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to identify areas for cost savings and implement changes that drive operational efficiency gains.
- Develop and maintain relationships with key clients, understanding their needs and delivering tailored solutions.
Job Requirements :
- 16-24 years of experience in US Healthcare industry, preferably in an Operations Management role.
- Strong knowledge of medical billing, RCM, and US healthcare regulations.
- Proven track record in managing teams and driving operational excellence through process improvements.
