How you'll make an impact

Investment Consulting provides a variety of high-quality services to clients through structured engagements.

These services include

- Strategic setting of investment objectives, strategic asset allocation, performance measurement and evaluation, investment monitoring and reporting, custodian selection, transition advice, statements of investment policy and global research services.
- Primarily focused on managing a small to mid-sized team consisting of lower-level Managers (M2) and seasoned Professionals who exercise latitude and independence in assignments.
- As a senior recognized people leaders in investment consulting, role incumbent(s) are seen as client project and team leaders.
- Owns the client relationship; Sets goals and objectives for team members for achievement of high-quality client and operational results; Ensures compliance policies,



and procedures are understood and followed and assists in developing new procedure and policies; Leads managerial and senior staff in all aspects of service delivery and client management; Oversees strategic-level consulting projects. Motivates team to achieve performance and business goals.
- Responsible for making moderate to significant improvements of processes, systems or products to enhance performance of job area.
- Develops plans and delivers results in fast changing businesses and/or regulatory environments. Exercises management authority, including performance reviews, recruitment recommendations and requirements, execution of discipline and termination and other personnel actions.
- Manages a team with focus on function or business group policy and strategy implementation. Establishes operational plans with measurable contribution towards the achievement of results of the job function and Division.
- Focus is on short-term operational plans (e.g., less than 1 year).
- Provides measurable input to new products, processes or standards in operational plans.
- Provides input to functional or Division strategy.

About you

Required

- Bachelor’s degree; 8 years of related experience, professional certification, or equivalent training and experience.
- 6+ years’ experience in a supervisor or management role required or comparable internal experience. Able and willing to travel up to approximately 25% of the time.




- Solid knowledge of finance and investment theory and practice and the ability to apply this knowledge to client work.
- Requires practical knowledge in leading and managing the execution of processes, projects and tactics within one job area.
- Substantial knowledge of job area and typically has deep knowledge and skills within a specific technical or professional discipline with understanding of the impact of work on other areas of the organization.

Desired:
- MBA or FIA/FFA/CFA certification/accreditation.
