This role is based out of Powai, Mumbai.

Job Responsibilities:

- Verify and process employee medical reimbursement claims against supporting bills and policy guidelines.




- Handle employee queries related to medical claims and operations through email and phone calls, ensuring timely resolution.
- Maintain and prepare MIS reports to support medical operations and claim tracking.
- Review claim documentation for accuracy, completeness, and compliance with company policies.
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders to ensure effective processing and closure of medical reimbursement requests.
- Utilize MS Excel, Outlook, and other operational tools to manage records, reporting, and employee communication effectively.

Skill Set Requirement:

- Medical related knowledge
- MS office (Excel/outlook Knowledge)
- Good Communication skills (written & oral)
