Your New Role

As a Recruiter within our Hays Business Solutions team, you will support our UK recruitment operations, focusing on core Life Sciences functional hiring.

This role is specifically focused on hiring talent across R&D;, Laboratories, Clinical, Regulatory Affairs, Medical, Quality, and Manufacturing functions within the Life Sciences domain.

You will be responsible for building solid pipelines of niche Life Sciences professionals and delivering high-quality talent in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment.

What You’ll Be Doing

- Source candidates across the core Life Sciences functional market (R&D;, Clinical, Regulatory, Medical, Quality, Manufacturing, and Lab-based roles) using multiple channels including LinkedIn, job boards, and internal databases
- Conduct in-depth screening and assessment calls to evaluate candidates’ functional domain expertise and role relevance
- Build and maintain a robust pipeline of specialized Life Sciences talent for current and future hiring needs
- Collaborate closely with stakeholders to understand technical/functional hiring requirements and priorities




- Ensure timely and high-quality submissions aligned with defined SLAs
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date information in recruitment systems
- Uphold compliance and recruitment best practices across all hiring activities

What You’ll Need to Succeed

- 1-2 years of recruitment experience with robust focus on core Life Sciences functional hiring
- Proven experience hiring for roles across R&D;, Clinical, Regulatory, Medical, Quality, Manufacturing, or Laboratory settings
- Good understanding of the Life Sciences talent landscape and domain-specific skill sets
- Strong sourcing and candidate assessment capability
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to work in a target-driven, fast-paced environment
- Flexibility to work in UK shift (12:30 PM – 9:30 PM IST)
