Key Responsibilities

- Manage relationships to maintain long-term associations with NGOs and volunteers
- Onboard NGOs according to ConnectFor's internal due diligence process
- Coordinate with NGOs to secure volunteering opportunities and projects
- Fulfill volunteer requirements from non-profits and match volunteers to suitable opportunities
- Maintain and build strategic collaborations with NGOs, volunteer groups, colleges, clubs, etc., for volunteering engagements
- Ideate and execute different volunteer projects with various NGOs or groups
- Research and outreach to universities, Rotaracts, and other volunteer groups
- Ideate and innovate NGO-to-NGO collaborations
- Assist in planning and conducting volunteering events (on-ground and virtual)




- Assist the operations team with other ad-hoc requirements
