Key Responsibilities

* Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, job portals, referrals, and networking.

- Screen resumes and conduct initial telephonic/online interviews.
- Coordinate interviews, candidate follow-ups, offers, and joining formalities.
- Handle end-to-end recruitment for manufacturing and consulting/corporate positions.
- Understand hiring requirements and coordinate with hiring managers.




- Maintain accurate candidate records and recruitment MIS in Keka HRMS.
- Track recruitment status, interview feedback, offers, and joining.
- Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.

Requirements

* Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 0–2 years of recruitment/Talent Acquisition experience; freshers with relevant internship experience may be considered.
- Basic knowledge of sourcing, screening, and recruitment processes.
- Good communication, coordination, follow-up, and interpersonal skills.
- Working knowledge of Naukri, LinkedIn, MS Office, and Keka HRMS.
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced workplace.
