Role OverviewWe are looking for a highly curious, analytical and customer-focused Associate Product Manager who can work closely with product, engineering, sales and customers to build and improve Zenopsys products.

You will understand customer workflows and problems, translate them into product requirements, support feature development, conduct product demos, gather customer feedback and help drive product adoption and satisfaction.

The ideal candidate should be a strong problem solver,an excellent communicator, and passionate about building AI-powered products.

Key ResponsibilitiesProduct Management

- Work with senior product leaders to define, prioritize and build product features.
- Understand customer workflows and convert business problems into clear product requirements.
- Create user stories, feature requirements, acceptance criteria and product documentation.
- Track features from ideation through development, testing, release and adoption.
- Act as the Product Owner for assigned features/modules.

Customer & Product Solutions

- Understand how customers use Zenopsys for their internal operations and identify opportunities to improve their workflows.
- Conduct customer discussions, capture feedback and translate insights into actionable product improvements.
- Support customer onboarding and product adoption.
- Help resolve product-related queries and coordinate with internal teams for timely resolution.




- Track customer satisfaction, usage and recurring product issues.

Product Demonstrations & Sales Support

- Become a Zenopsys product expert and develop a deep understanding of the platform and its use cases.
- Conduct product demonstrations for prospects and existing customers.
- Support the Sales/Business Development team during pre-sales discussions, discovery calls and solution presentations.
- Understand customer requirements and demonstrate how Zenopsys can address their specific business problems.
- Support post-sales teams with product knowledge, customer training and adoption initiatives.

Cross-functional Collaboration

- Work closely with Engineering, AI/ML, Design, Regulatory, Sales, Customer Success and Leadership teams.
- Coordinate across teams to ensure customer requirements are clearly understood and delivered.
- Help create product documentation, SOPs, user guides and training materials.
- Support product launches, feature releases and internal enablement.

What We Are Looking For

- B.Tech/B.E. in Computer Science, Information Technology or related courses from a Tier-1 engineering institute
- MBA from a Tier-1 business school with a background in Engineering
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Valuable understanding of technology and software products.
- Quick learners who will be able to understand and work with different data types and structures in the life-sciences industry including scientific data, medical data and regulatory data.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to understand complex customer problems and simplify them into actionable solutions.

Good to Have

- Exposure to SaaS / B2B software products.
- Basic understanding of APIs, databases, SQL or data analytics.
- Exposure to Generative AI, LLMs, Agentic workflows.
- Understanding of pharma, biotech, clinical research or regulatory processes.
- Previous experience in customer-facing or consulting roles.
