Responsibilities

- Strong technical grounding in capital and debt advisory engagements, with ability to support transaction structuring and financing solutions. Proficient in core consulting methodologies to analyze client requirements, evaluate alternatives, and develop data-driven recommendations. Hands-on experience in preparing transaction materials, financial analyses, and advisory deliverables for capital markets and debt-related assignments. Ability to work across deal execution activities with an understanding of commercial, financial, and risk considerations. Demonstrated capability in contributing to partner-led advisory work within a rapid-paced, transaction-focused consulting environment.

Qualifications

- Bachelor of Business Administration
- Master of Commerce
- Master of Business Administration

Experience

- Project Management (6+ years)
