- Lead and supervise civil finishing works at site, ensuring execution as per approved drawings, specifications, and project schedule.

- Manage finishes including flooring, tiling, false ceilings, painting, waterproofing, wall finishes, doors, and other architectural works.

- Coordinate with consultants, contractors, vendors, and MEP teams for smooth execution and interface management.

- Review shop drawings, material submittals, method statements, and work schedules related to finishing works.

- Monitor manpower, material requirements, productivity, and daily/weekly progress.

- Ensure quality of finishing works through regular inspections and adherence to approved standards.

- Identify and resolve site issues, technical queries, and coordination challenges in a timely manner.

- Coordinate with QA/QC teams for inspection, snagging, rectification, and closure of observations.

- Ensure compliance with HSE requirements and project specifications at site.

- Maintain progress reports, inspection records, and relevant project documentation.

- Coordinate with project management and other disciplines to achieve planned milestones and timely handover.
