We are looking for an Associate – Investment Banking to support the execution of live mandates across Equity Raise, M&A; (Buy-side & Sell-side), and Debt Raise .

This is a hands-on role involving financial modelling, transaction collateral, investor research, due diligence, and client coordination. The Associate will work closely with the VP - Investment Banking and take ownership of assigned deal work streams.

Key Responsibilities

- Build and maintain financial models, valuation analyses, comparables, and transaction benchmarks.
- Prepare teasers, CIMs, investment memos, management presentations, and investor FAQs.
- Conduct investor research and mapping and maintain outreach trackers.
- Coordinate due diligence, including data room management and information requests.
- Support term sheet and transaction document review and track commercial terms and open points.
- Coordinate with client finance teams for data, documentation, and transaction-related requirements.




- Manage multiple live mandates and ensure timely execution of assigned workstreams.

What We’re Looking For
- 2–3 years of experience in investment banking, VC/PE transactions, corporate finance, wealth management, or corporate development.
- Strong financial modelling, valuation, and analytical skills.
- MBA, CFA, or relevant Master's qualification preferred.
- Experience working on fundraising, M&A;, or debt/equity transactions will be an advantage.
- Ability to work with AI-enabled and structured digital workflows while independently validating outputs.
- Robust communication, ownership, and attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple mandates in a fast-paced environment.
- Candidates based in Hyderabad or willing to relocate.
- Willingness to work full-time from the Hyderabad office .
