A stock broking firm with an investment banking practice is hiring an Investment Banking Associate.
Key responsibilities
- Prepare valuations and financial models
- Prepare pitch decks and transaction collaterals
- Share opportunities with HNIs, family offices and NRIs through to successful completion of the assignment
- Arrange investor meets and roadshows
- Perform due diligence, research, analysis and documentation of live transactions
Must have: a financial background, solid Excel and Word, strong communication and networking skills, and the ability to handle overlapping tasks with shifting priorities.
