The Associate III-Technologist will play a crucial role in maintaining the stability, security, and compliance of the Crop LOS. They will be responsible for providing production application support, monitoring system performance, and managing incidents, problems, and changes. This role is vital in ensuring uninterrupted business operations for Crop Loans, KCC, and Agri Allied Lending, with a focus on timely processing and minimal impact on users and customers.
Responsibilities
- Provide production application support for Crop LOS, ensuring high system availability and stability.
- Monitor application performance and conduct root cause analysis for recurring issues.
- Manage incidents, problems, and changes according to defined IT processes.
- Support and coordinate business Change Requests (CRs) for controlled implementation.
- Address Application Security (AppSec) findings and support compliance with RBI/NABARD guidelines.
- Ensure adherence to internal compliance requirements and support audit observations.
- Facilitate API and system integrations with CBS, external agencies, and vendors.
- Coordinate with business and IT teams to resolve application-related issues promptly.
- Provide timely communication and updates during critical incidents and situations.
- Support business operations during peak seasonal volumes with a high sense of ownership.
Qualifications
- Strong understanding of the Banking Domain, with exposure to Crop Loans, KCC, or Agri Lending preferred.
- Experience in LOS Application Support or Production Support is essential.
- Knowledge of incident, problem, and change management processes is required.
- Awareness of application security, audits, and regulatory compliance is necessary.
- Basic understanding of system integrations and API-based data flows.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to coordinate with stakeholders.
- Demonstrated ownership, accountability, and business impact awareness.
- Solid problem-solving abilities and the capacity to work under operational pressure.
- A collaborative mindset and experience working with cross-functional teams.
- Relevant experience in LOS Application Support or Banking Technology is a must.
