Role Description The Associate role is a full-time, in office position based in Pachhad at Holiday Inn Lucknow Airport by IHG. In this role, the Associate supports daily hotel operations, which may include assisting guests at check-in and check-out, responding to guest inquiries, coordinating with housekeeping and food & beverage teams, and helping maintain public areas in a presentable condition.

The Associate follows brand standards, supports smooth front- and back-of-house processes, and helps ensure guests receive efficient, courteous service throughout their stay.



The role may also involve basic administrative tasks, reporting issues to supervisors, and collaborating with colleagues to resolve guest concerns promptly.

Qualifications

- Ability to deliver professional, courteous, and responsive guest service, with strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Capability to work effectively in a team-based hospitality environment, coordinating with various departments as needed.
- Basic organizational and time-management skills to handle multiple tasks and prioritize daily responsibilities.
- Comfort with following standard operating procedures and maintaining attention to detail in documentation and reporting.
- Willingness to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays, as required by hotel operations.
- Prior experience in hotels, front office, food & beverage, or customer-facing roles is an advantage.
- High school diploma or equivalent; further education in hospitality or related fields is beneficial.
