Position Summary We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Associate IT to join our team. In this role, Assist in the administration, configuration, and day-to-day support of our SAP SuccessFactors suite . Need work closely with HR business partners, and external vendors to ensure system stability, optimize user experience, and support ongoing HR digital transformation initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- System Administration & Configuration (Tactical)
- User & Access Management: Manage Role-Based Permissions (RBP), create permission groups, assign roles, and handle proxy access requests following security and compliance guidelines.
- Workflow & Business Rules: Maintain and troubleshoot approval workflows, business rules, foundation objects, and metadata frameworks.
- System Maintenance: Assist with routine technical configuration changes, manage picklists, and update system labels or field properties across modules.
- Data Management: Assist with data imports/exports via Admin Center tools (such as Import Employee Data and Instance Sync) and support data quality audits.
- Support & Troubleshooting (Tier 2/3 Help Desk)
- Serve as an escalation point for internal HR and employee support tickets related to SuccessFactors.
- Investigate and resolve issues concerning failed scheduled jobs, integration errors, workflow bottlenecks, and user log-ins.
- Partner with third-party vendors or SAP support to log and track software defects or enhancement requests.
- Releases & Testing Support
- Participate in SAP’s bi-annual SuccessFactors release cycles by reviewing release notes, identifying relevant opt-in/opt-out features,
and documenting system impacts.
- Execute regression and functional testing scripts for system updates, configuration changes, or new module rollouts.
- Reporting & Documentation
- Create, modify, and maintain standard operational reports, dashboards, and advanced analytics using SuccessFactors reporting tools (e.g., Report Center, Canvas, or Story reports).
- Maintain up-to-date system documentation, configuration workbooks, user guides, and administrative process flows.
Required Qualifications & Skills
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Experience: 2 to 4 years of hands-on experience in an IT support, HRIS administration, or enterprise application support environment. (Prior exposure to SAP SuccessFactors is strongly preferred).
- Technical Knowledge
- Basic understanding of SAP SuccessFactors architecture (specifically Employee Central, and/or Talent modules like Performance & Goals, Onboarding, or Recruiting).
- Familiarity with Role-Based Permissions (RBP), picklists, and foundation tables.
- General understanding of data structures, integrations, and APIs.
- Soft Skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills to bridge communication between IT and HR stakeholders.
- High attention to detail and ability to handle confidential data with strict discretion.
Preferred / Nice-to-Have Skills
- SAP SuccessFactors Associate Certification (e.g., Employee Central or Platform/RBP).
- Experience with basic data loading tools (Master Data Maintenance, Integration Center).
- Understanding of HR business processes (Hire-to-Retire lifecycle).
