- Work closely with the Founder/CEO on strategic and business-

critical initiatives.

- Conduct business research, market analysis, and prepare insights for decision-making.

- Track and drive execution of key initiatives across different functions.

- Prepare MIS reports, dashboards, presentations, and management updates.

- Coordinate with leadership and cross-functional teams to ensure timely execution of priorities.

- Identify operational gaps and support process improvement initiatives.

- Assist in preparing business plans, financial/business models, and management presentations.

- Participate in internal and external meetings and ensure effective follow-ups.

- Handle special projects and ad-hoc assignments entrusted by the Founder/CEO.

- Maintain confidentiality of sensitive business and management information.





Candidate Profile

- 1-3 years of experience in Founders Office, CEOs Office, Business Strategy, Consulting, Business Operations, or Management roles.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

- Excellent communication and presentation skills.

- Robust proficiency in MS Excel and PowerPoint.

- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

- Strong ownership, attention to detail, and execution mindset.

- Ability to work with senior leadership and multiple stakeholders.

- MBA/PGDM or a degree from a reputed institution would be an added advantage.
