Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Associate Director - Release Deployment Manager to lead enterprise-scale release, deployment, and cloud operations initiatives. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in DevOps practices, PowerShell scripting, Azure Cloud, Windows and Network Troubleshooting, and experience leading high-performing technology teams. Exposure to Generative AI tools and services will be a significant advantage.

This role requires driving deployment excellence, cloud transformation, operational stability, and automation across mission-critical applications.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead and manage end-to-end software release and deployment activities across Development, QA, Staging, and Production environments.
- Define and execute enterprise release management strategies, governance standards, and deployment frameworks.
- Collaborate with application, infrastructure, security, architecture, and business teams to deliver seamless production releases.
- Drive DevOps adoption, deployment automation, platform reliability, and operational excellence.
- Lead cloud migration, rollout planning, cutover management, and production go-live support.
- Provide technical leadership for troubleshooting complex production, infrastructure, and deployment issues.
- Build and maintain deployment runbooks, operational documentation, and release governance processes.
- Drive cost optimization, performance tuning, and cloud resource utilization initiatives.
- Mentor engineering teams and establish best practices for automation,



reliability, and release processes.
- Evaluate and leverage GenAI tools to improve operational efficiency and cloud-native workflows.

Desired Candidate Profile

- Expertise in PowerShell automation and Windows platform administration.
- Strong knowledge of networking concepts and troubleshooting methodologies.
- Experience leading enterprise-scale cloud transformation initiatives.
- Excellent communication, client-facing, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to drive strategic initiatives while maintaining operational excellence.
