Business Development & Studio Operations , driving revenue growth, client relationships, operational efficiency, and overall studio performance. Key Responsibilities:

- Drive business development and revenue growth
- Build and manage key client/partner relationships
- Identify recent business opportunities and partnerships
- Manage end-to-end studio operations and workflows
- Ensure timely and efficient project execution
- Coordinate with creative, production and cross-functional teams
- Track business and operational KPIs
- Lead and mentor the studio operations team Ideal Candidate: ✔ 8–12 years of experience in Business Development / Studio Operations ✔ Strong client management and commercial acumen ✔ Experience in creative, production, media, fashion, retail or related industries ✔ Excellent stakeholder management and leadership skills ✔ Strong operational and problem-solving capabilities
