Role Summary

We are seeking a highly analytical and forward-thinking Talent Analytics professional to lead the firm's Talent Intelligence and Workforce Analytics agenda. The role will be responsible for building a best-in-class people intelligence capability by integrating talent data, market intelligence, advanced analytics, AI, business intelligence, and workforce planning into a unified decision-support ecosystem.

The incumbent will develop a "Blue Sky" Talent Intelligence capability that moves the organization beyond historical reporting towards predictive, prescriptive, and scenario-driven workforce intelligence. Define and execute the enterprise-wide People Analytics vision, strategy, and roadmap, ensuring alignment with organizational priorities and business objectives.

Will be responsible for driving a data-led approach to workforce and talent decision-making across the employee lifecycle and manage firm’s end-to-end workforce analytics portfolio—covering talent acquisition, talent management, compensation and benefits, retention, learning, workforce planning, and employee engagement—to generate actionable insights that inform workforce strategy and business decisions.

The role will partner closely with HR, Talent Acquisition, Business Leaders, Technology, and Data teams to deliver actionable talent insights that drive workforce strategy and business outcomes. As a strategic partner to senior leadership, the incumbent will play a pivotal role in transforming people data into meaningful business outcomes while fostering a culture of evidence-based decision-making.

Key Responsibilities

Talent Intelligence & Workforce Analytics

- Lead the Talent Intelligence function and establish a comprehensive people insights framework across the employee lifecycle.
- Develop workforce planning, talent forecasting, skills intelligence, talent mobility, succession, and retention analytics capabilities.
- Design predictive models to identify workforce risks, capability gaps, hiring demand, attrition trends, and future talent requirements.
- Deliver deep-dive analytics and diagnostics to support strategic workforce decisions.
- Generate insights that inform talent strategy, organizational effectiveness, leadership capability, and workforce transformation initiatives.
- Translate complex analytics into executive-ready recommendations and business actions.
- Designing Model Outputs to support Business and Talent Partners with individual level risk signals, talent criticality cohorts and actionable retention levers in partnership with COE’s
- Lead enterprise-wide Talent Intelligence initiatives aligned with future workforce needs.
- Drive projects focused on skills intelligence, workforce simulation, AI-enabled workforce planning, and talent forecasting.

Talent Market Intelligence

- Monitor external talent markets, competitor talent strategies, workforce trends, and emerging skills.
- Build market intelligence reports covering talent availability, compensation, skill demand, and competitor movements.
- Support strategic hiring and workforce planning through external benchmarking and labour market insights.
- Establish talent intelligence capabilities that inform long-term workforce strategy and business growth plans.




- Identify emerging trends and opportunities to strengthen organizational capability and workforce readiness.

Data Construct & Analytics Architecture

- Establish and maintain a robust People Analytics governance framework, ensuring the highest standards of data quality, integrity, privacy, compliance, and ethical use of employee information.
- Design and maintain an enterprise-wide talent data architecture integrating data from HRIS, ATS, LMS, engagement, performance, rewards, skills, and external sources.
- Establish robust data models, talent taxonomies, governance frameworks, and workforce data standards.
- Develop scalable data structures that enable advanced analytics, AI applications, and workforce intelligence solutions.
- Ensure data quality, integrity, consistency, and governance across all talent datasets.
- Partner with technology teams to enable the technical environment to create an integrated talent intelligence ecosystem and provide People Analytics solutions effectively

Business Intelligence & Reporting

- Drive the adoption of modern HR technologies, automation, and advanced analytical capabilities to improve reporting efficiency, insight generation, and user experience.
- Develop executive dashboards and enterprise-wide people analytics scorecards.
- Design self-service reporting capabilities for HR and business stakeholders.
- Automate reporting and analytics processes through contemporary BI platforms.Deliver real-time workforce intelligence and decision support to leadership teams.
- Advanced Analytics, AI & Predictive Insights
- Develop predictive, prescriptive, and scenario-based analytics models.
- Apply statistical techniques, machine learning, and AI-enabled solutions to solve talent and workforce challenges.
- Build forecasting models for workforce demand, hiring, attrition, capability development, and deployment.
- Leverage advanced analytics, predictive modeling, and AI-driven methodologies to identify workforce trends, uncover risks and opportunities, and support proactive decision-making.
- Drive innovation in workforce analytics methodologies and intelligence platforms
- Data Visualization & Storytelling
- Create compelling visual narratives that enable leaders to understand workforce trends and risks quickly.
- Build interactive dashboards and executive-level visualizations.
- Present findings through impactful storytelling that drives strategic action.
- Simplify complex analytics into meaningful business insights.
- Translate complex data and analytical findings into clear, compelling narratives and executive-level meaningful business insights that influence business strategy and drive measurable outcomes.

Mentoring & Guidance

- Lead and mentor, high-performing People Analytics team (inhouse and outsourced), fostering a culture of analytical rigor, innovation, continuous learning, and business partnership.

Education

- Master's Degree in Human Resources, Human Capital Management, Organizational Psychology, Business Analytics,



Statistics, Economics, Data Science, or a related discipline.
- Professional qualification or certification in Data Intelligence, Data Analytics, Business Intelligence, Data Science, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, or Advanced Analytics Power BI, Tableau, Azure Analytics, SQL, Data Engineering, People Analytics, or similar platforms is mandatory.

Experience

- 8-15 years of progressive experience in Talent Intelligence, Workforce Analytics, People Analytics with significant leadership exposure.
- Prior experience delivering Talent Intelligence insights including workforce planning, skills intelligence, talent market intelligence, competitor benchmarking, capability analytics, and strategic workforce forecasting.
- Strong expertise in HR data platforms, analytics tools, data visualization technologies, and workforce planning methodologies.
- Proven experience in developing executive dashboards, predictive workforce models, and advanced reporting capabilities.
- Solid understanding of Data Construct, Data Architecture, Data Modelling, Data Governance , Privacy regulations, Data management practices, and responsible use of employee data.
- Excellent stakeholder management, influencing, communication, and storytelling abilities, with experience presenting insights to senior executives and business leaders.
- Demonstrated ability to successfully balance strategic leadership with hands-on execution in a dynamic and evolving environment.
- Experience leveraging artificial intelligence, automation, and advanced analytics to drive business and talent outcomes is highly desirable.
- Experience working with large and complex HR and business datasets across multiple platforms.
- Prior experience within consulting, professional services, technology organizations, GCCs, or large enterprise environments would be advantageous.
