Role Description The Associate Director of Marketing & Communications is a full-time, on-site role based in Bengaluru. This role is responsible for developing and executing integrated marketing and communications strategies that strengthen the hotel’s brand positioning across domestic and international markets.

Day-to-day activities include planning and managing marketing campaigns, overseeing content creation for digital and print platforms, coordinating public relations and media outreach, and ensuring consistent brand messaging across all guest and stakeholder touchpoints. The role collaborates closely with sales, revenue management, and operations teams to drive occupancy, F&B; revenues, event bookings, and brand visibility.

Director will monitor market trends, analyze campaign performance, manage marketing budgets, and maintain relationships with agencies, partners, and vendors to support strategic business objectives.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong skills in Market Planning and Marketing Management to design and implement effective, data-informed marketing strategies.
- Candidates should possess skills in Market Research and Marketing to understand customer segments, track competitor activity, and enhance brand positioning.
- Candidates should possess skills in Sales and Marketing to align campaigns with revenue goals, support sales initiatives, and optimize promotional activities.
- Experience in hospitality, luxury brands, or tourism marketing, with a proven track record of managing multi-channel campaigns and brand communications.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, ability to create compelling marketing content, and proficiency in digital marketing tools and analytics.
- Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams, manage projects and budgets, and work effectively with external agencies and partners.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
- Comfort working in office in a fast-paced, guest-centric environment, with solid organizational skills and attention to detail.
