Your work profile

As an Associate Director in our Legal & Compliance Team, you’ll build and nurture positive working relationships with teams and clients with the intention to exceed client we must ask RM team to check with us before they action on such business request

- Lead and manage end‑to‑end compliance advisory engagements ensuring adherence to internal SOPs, methodologies, and quality standards.
- Oversee compliance audits, regulatory gap assessments, and statutory evaluations; provide strategic remediation plans and governance enhancements.
- Demonstrate strong understanding of deliverables such as compliance audit reports, Regulatory Management Manuals, and compliance frameworks.
- Provide cross‑sector legal and regulatory advisory support, covering pharmaceuticals, NBFCs, heavy manufacturing, retail, and related industries.
- Interpret and implement central and state legislation to ensure comprehensive statutory and regulatory compliance aligned with business objectives.
- Maintain deep expertise in Labour Laws, EHS frameworks, Finance & Taxation regulations,



and Corporate Secretarial requirements.
- Translate complex legal requirements into practical business processes, compliance controls, and governance structures.
- Monitor Indian and global regulatory updates, assess business impact, and guide clients on compliance readiness and risk mitigation.
- Lead client communication, including C‑suite presentations, proposal development, and delivery of high‑quality technical reports.
- Drive practice growth through cross‑selling, thought leadership, proposal support, and industry visibility initiatives.
- Oversee engagement economics, budgeting, billing, timeline management, and resource allocation across multiple projects.
- Lead a team of 5–10 professionals, ensuring coaching, performance management, and capability building.
- Support development and enhancement of compliance tools, automation initiatives, and internal quality processes.

Key skills required:

- 10+ years of relevant experience in Regulatory Compliance
- Education : Any Graduation + LLB Mandatory, LLM , CS , Global compliance certification
- Deep Expertise in Compliance risks assessment and management. Robust presentation and negotiation skills
- Functional skills in ERP (SAP/Oracle/PeopleSoft/). Broad based industry awareness
- Ability to develop and build a client base. Deep understanding of any one industry
- Extensive experience with industry standards and frameworks
