Support the establishment and scale-up of the Central AI Office by driving execution, coordination, governance, operational effectiveness and deliveries across Central AI Office initiatives.
Unlike a traditional PMO role operating within a mature organization, this position will function in a rapidly evolving workplace where structures, processes, governance mechanisms, and priorities are still being defined.
This role acts as the execution engine of the AI Office, partnering closely with business, technology, data science, internal audit, finance and product owners to drive progress, remove obstacles, and ensure commitments are delivered.
The successful candidate will be distinguished by an exceptional ability to get work done, take ownership beyond assigned tasks, and operate with minimal supervision.
