Role Description The Associate Creative Director is a full-time, on-site role based in the Pune Division. This position is responsible for guiding the creative vision across campaigns, product storytelling, and brand experiences, ensuring consistency with Aestus Supply’s brand identity and values. Day-to-day tasks include leading concept development, collaborating with designers and marketers, reviewing and refining visual and written assets, and providing clear feedback to the creative team.

The role also involves partnering with cross-functional stakeholders to translate business objectives into compelling creative strategies, overseeing production of digital and print materials,



and maintaining high standards of design quality and brand coherence.

Qualifications

- Demonstrated expertise in Creative Direction and Creative Strategy, with the ability to shape cohesive campaigns and long-term brand narratives.
- Strong skills in Branding and Art Direction, including developing and maintaining visual identity systems and guiding multidisciplinary creative teams.
- Proficiency in Graphic Design, with hands-on experience using industry-standard design tools and creating assets for digital and offline channels.
- Experience leading creative projects from concept to execution, managing timelines, and coordinating with marketing, product, and operations teams.
- Portfolio showcasing impactful work in consumer brands, sports, lifestyle, or e-commerce sectors.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate creative rationale to diverse stakeholders.
- Comfort working in office in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment; prior experience in Indian retail or athletic gear markets is a plus.
