We are looking for an Associate – Creator Partnerships to join our IVM team. The role involves building relationships with creators and talent, identifying potential collaborators, and helping develop creator-led podcast IPs and branded content.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and build relationships with creators, celebrities, experts and emerging talent.
- Research talent and identify opportunities for new podcast shows and collaborations.
- Support creator outreach, meetings, negotiations and ongoing relationship management.
- Work with the content and production teams to develop original IPs and execute podcast projects.
- Collaborate with brands and internal teams on creator-led branded content.
- Maintain a solid understanding of creators, trends and the digital content ecosystem.
What We're Looking For
- 2-5 relevant years of experience in creator partnerships, media, entertainment or digital content .
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
- Good understanding of the creator and social media ecosystem.
- Strong research and content development ability.
- Someone who is curious, proactive and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
- A genuine interest in podcasts, creators, entertainment and culture .
