KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

- must have exposure into Inbound, GRN, Putaway, Storage, Picking, Packing, Dispatch & Returns
- Drive store replenishment and order fulfillment within defined SLA
- Manage high-volume fashion inventory with size/color/SKU complexity
- Plan manpower, shifts, productivity and daily operational capacity
- Drive picking, packing, dispatch and inventory productivity
- Ensure inventory accuracy through cycle counting, bin audits and stock reconciliation
- Manage Store Returns, RTV, Damage and Reconciliation
- Monitor and improve GRN, Putaway, Picking & Dispatch TAT
- Manage 3PL manpower/vendor performance
- Coordinate with Stores, Transport, Merchandising, Commercial, IT and Finance
- Drive SOP compliance, 5S, safety and continuous improvement

• Prepare operational MIS and present KPI/exception reports to management

TECHNICAL & SYSTEM EXPERTISE MANDATORY Candidates should have practical working knowledge of:

SAP / ERP

- SAP HANA / SAP WM / SAP EWM exposure




- Inventory transactions, stock movement, GRN, Putaway, Transfer, Picking & Dispatch
- SAP inventory reconciliation and exception identification
- Understanding of storage types, bins, material/SKU and stock status

RFID & Automation

- Hands-on exposure to RFID-based inventory / dispatch systems
- RFID scanning, tunnel/gate systems and exception handling
- Understanding of barcode/RFID-based warehouse processes
- Experience with warehouse automation is an added advantage

WMS

- Solid understanding of WMS-driven warehouse operations
- Wave/batch picking, allocation, replenishment and task management
- Bin-level inventory management
- WMS–ERP integration and transaction discipline

TMS / Transportation

- Practical understanding of TMS / Transport Management Systems
- Vehicle planning and trip management
