Role & responsibilities :

- Manage and maintain high standards in relationship management with external vendors Merchants (LG, Samsung, Croma, Reliance, Amazon, Flipkart etc) and Aggregators (Pinelabs, Innoviti, Paytm, PayU, etc). Capture share market in EMI volumes.
- Take strategic calls in consultation with Portfolio Head on promotions and offers to be run on YES Bank Credit Cards.
- Ensure timely payments to aggregators on fees and commission.
- Single point of contact for any customer grievances.
- Management presentations to keep top management abreast with volumes and growth

Preferred candidate profile Essential: 7-8 years

Preferred: Nature of exp Payments, Aggregators, Relationship managers for corporates/ Portfolio Management of Debit, Credit or Payments business/ Portfolio Analytics. SQL and Knowledge of analytical tools / models would be a plus
