AB InBev India is looking to hire a Assistant Trade Marketing Manager for Beer Sales based out of Varanasi, Uttar Pradesh.

What You'll Do ?

Promotions & Campaigns

- Plan and execute promotional campaigns aligned with the channel visibility strategy.
- Drive on-ground execution of channel development programs.
- Manage promotional inventory and market assets effectively.

Stakeholder & Sales Partnership

- Work closely with the Sales team to understand market requirements and enable brand activations.
- Lead channel merchandisers to ensure strong execution across accounts.
- Build and manage effective relationships with key internal and external stakeholders.

Consumer & Customer Engagement

- Identify the right accounts for experiential-led sales initiatives.
- Execute consumer engagement programs, brand activations, and tactical promotions.
- Support activation of sponsorships, events, and nightlife initiatives.

Vendor Management





- Partner and negotiate with vendors for promotional activities, events, brand activations, and high-quality merchandise.

Analytics & Reporting

- Track promotional sales trends and translate data into actionable insights.
- Conduct pre, during, and post-campaign analysis to assess effectiveness and identify improvement opportunities.
- Manage daily, weekly, and monthly reporting requirements.

What We're Looking For?

- MBA or equivalent qualification from a reputed B-school.
- 2–3 years of experience in Sales/Marketing, preferably within the FMCG industry.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate insights into actionable recommendations.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Strong planning, prioritization, and organizational capabilities.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with multiple internal and external stakeholders.
- Strong problem-solving and creative thinking.
- Adaptability and a continuous improvement mindset.
- Mobility: Willingness to relocate across regions based on business requirements.
