Location: Sir Ganga Ram Hospital, New Delhi

Experience: 1–3 Years

Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹25,000 per month

Working Days: 6 Days a Week

Key Responsibilities

- Provide on-site technical and hardware support to the hospital team.
- Install, configure, and maintain computers, laptops, printers, scanners, and other IT devices.
- Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, connectivity, and peripheral-related issues.
- Handle installation and setup of new devices at the hospital site.
- Troubleshoot device and system issues and ensure timely resolution.
- Maintain and monitor IT equipment and site devices.
- Coordinate with the internal IT team or vendors for issues requiring additional technical support.
- Maintain records of installed devices, hardware issues, repairs, and replacements.
- Ensure proper functioning of computers and other technology equipment used at the site.
- Support users with basic computer and technical issues.
- Follow IT security, device management, and data protection procedures.
- Ensure minimum downtime by responding promptly to site-level technical issues.

Required Skills & Qualifications
- 1–3 years of experience in IT support, technical support, desktop support,



or hardware support.
- Good hands-on knowledge of computer hardware and peripherals.
- Strong understanding of Windows operating systems and basic software troubleshooting.
- Experience with installation and configuration of computers and other IT devices.
- Basic knowledge of networking, LAN, Wi-Fi, printers, scanners, and connectivity troubleshooting.
- Good problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
- Ability to work independently and handle site-level technical issues.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Responsible, punctual, and professional approach to work.

Preferred
- Experience working at a hospital, healthcare organization, or other large operational site will be an advantage.
- Experience handling multiple devices and users at a single site.
- IT certification or relevant technical qualification will be an added advantage.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
