Role Description The Assistant Store Manager role at Philocaly Menswear is a full time, on-site position based in Dehradun. This role involves overseeing daily store operations, supporting the Store Manager in managing staff, and ensuring that customer service standards are consistently met.

The Assistant Store

Manager will assist with visual merchandising, inventory control, and adherence to loss prevention procedures. The role includes monitoring sales performance, guiding the sales team to meet targets,



and handling customer inquiries and escalations.

Manager will also help with scheduling, training new team members, and maintaining a clean, organized, and brand-appropriate store environment.

Qualifications

- Strong customer-focused skills, including Customer Satisfaction and Customer Service.
- Effective Communication abilities for interacting with customers, team members, and management.
- Experience or aptitude in Store Management, including overseeing daily operations and supporting staff.
- Understanding of Retail Loss Prevention practices to protect inventory and reduce shrinkage.
- Previous experience in retail or fashion, preferably in menswear or apparel.
- Ability to work on-site full-time in Dehradun, with flexibility for weekends and peak retail hours.
- Solid organizational and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail and a proactive approach.
- Basic proficiency with POS systems and retail management software; familiarity with sales reporting is an advantage.
