We are looking for a confident, energetic, and result-oriented professional interested in building a career in Commercial Real Estate & Sales.
Key Responsibilities
- Source and negotiate new space requirements
- Conduct site visits, inspections, client meetings & presentations
- Handle lease negotiations and coordinate lease terms
- Generate tenant opportunities through canvassing
- Coordinate with agents for local market information
- Build relationships with start-ups, SMEs & corporates
- Manage client/stakeholder communication and drive opportunities toward closure
Requirements
- Excellent communication & interpersonal skills – Mandatory
- Strong sales, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
- Confident in dealing with clients and stakeholders at all levels
- Self-motivated, proactive, energetic and result-oriented
