Position: Assistant Project Manager – Interior Sites (Residential)

Experience: 2–5 Years

Job Responsibilities:-

- Manage and execute residential interior projects from start to handover.
- Coordinate with clients, carpenters, installers, vendors, and internal teams.
- Conduct site measurements and verify site conditions.
- Review and understand drawings, BOQ, and project requirements.
- Coordinate material dispatch, delivery, and installation activities.
- Plan and monitor daily site activities to ensure timely completion.
- Coordinate with Project Managers and update them on project progress.
- Ensure work is completed according to approved drawings, quality standards, and timelines.
- Identify and resolve site-related issues and coordinate with the concerned teams.
- Maintain good client relationships and handle site-related queries professionally.
- Monitor workmanship, material usage, safety, and overall site discipline.
- Support payment collection and other project-related follow-ups when required.
- Coordinate for project completion,



snag rectification, and final handover.
- Encourage clients to provide Google/Facebook reviews after successful project completion.

Requirements
- 2–5 years of experience in residential interior project execution.
- Degree in Civil Engineering, Interior Design, or a related field.
- Valuable knowledge of interior site execution and installation processes.
- Ability to read and understand interior drawings and BOQs.
- Good communication, coordination, and client-handling skills.
- Willingness to travel to project sites.
- Two-wheeler and valid driving licence preferred.
