nQualifications

- LL.M. in Law with specialization in Contract Law or related discipline from a recognized university.

- Ph.D. in Law (preferred/mandatory as per UGC or institutional norms for higher academic positions).

- NET/SET qualification, where applicable, in accordance with UGC regulations.

- Relevant teaching, research, or industry experience as per institutional requirements.
