We are looking for a knowledgeable and enthusiastic Assistant Professor – IT to join our academic team in Calicut. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of computer applications, data analytics, and digital tools, with the ability to effectively teach and guide students.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct engaging lectures and practical sessions on IT and computer-related subjects.
- Teach MS Office applications, including:
- MS Word
- MS Excel
- MS PowerPoint
- Provide practical training in Power BI and Canva.
- Teach fundamental concepts of Data Analytics and their practical applications.
- Prepare lesson plans, presentations, assignments, and study materials.
- Guide students in academic projects and practical activities.
- Evaluate student performance and provide constructive feedback.
- Maintain academic records and support departmental activities.
- Stay updated with emerging technologies and industry trends.
Required Skills
- Solid knowledge of MS Office, especially Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Good knowledge of Power BI and Canva.
- Knowledge of Data Analytics and related concepts.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to explain technical concepts clearly and practically.
- Good classroom management and student engagement skills.
Educational Qualification
- M.Sc. Computer Science or MCA from a recognized institution.
Experience
- Teaching or training experience will be an added advantage.
- Freshers with strong technical knowledge and good communication skills may also apply.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
