- Responsible for Line Quality Functions.

- Preparation Standard Operating procedure for LQC Department.

- Preparation Investment Plan for Line Quality inspection equipment.

- Preparation & executing of Product Quality Inspection Standard.

- Define & Prepare CTP/CTQ points with monitoring check sheet.

- Responsible for preparation for required Formats & Check sheets within department.

- Executing the Ref Line Process Audit & reporting findings on daily basis.

- Product Performance testing in LPT(Long Performance).

- Responsible for coordination with concerned departments for corrective and preventive actions related to all Process audit Findings.

- Participate in process control during current product introduction.

- Responsible to maintain all 4M changes on production line & monitor changes with serial numbers.

- Executing Weekly Zero Audit meeting and maintain the records of MOM during Review Meeting.

- Responsible for preparation Line trial report & share observation summary.





- Responsible to track Equipment calibration & record maintenance within Department.

- Responsible for preparation Q-Star audit documents & preparation corrective and preventive actions against findings in Q-Star audit.

- Responsible for Calibration of Equipment HLD/Inficon equipments.

- Monthly Reports preparation & action preparation.

- Responsible for preparation Multiskilling within Department.

- Preparation & display Critical stage manpower

- Leading Improvement activities like Problem-Solving Projects to improve product quality.

- Leading 5S and Kaizen initiatives within department.

- Give Technical Training & Field issue information training to line inspectors.

- Conduct Blind test on assembly line to check inspector performance.

- Attend OS&D; meeting & give judgement on process rejection.

- Field feedback issues analysis & actions monitoring.
