Position: AM-Trainer

Key Responsibilities

- Identify training needs and develop training programs for store employees and retail teams.
- Conduct induction, product knowledge, customer service, sales, and process training sessions.
- Monitor employee performance and recommend learning interventions to improve productivity.
- Design training content, SOPs, training calendars, and assessment tools.
- Conduct on-the-job coaching and regular store visits to ensure training effectiveness.
- Track training KPIs, employee skill improvement, and training completion reports.
- Collaborate with Operations and HR teams to drive employee engagement and retention.
- Ensure consistent implementation of company standards across all store locations.

Requirements:
- Graduate/Postgraduate in any discipline.
- 5 years of experience in Retail Training, preferably from Grocery,



Supermarket, FMCG, or Retail chains.
- Strong presentation, communication, and coaching skills.
- Experience in creating training modules and conducting classroom and on-floor training.
- English & Kannada is must
- Proficient in MS Office and training documentation.

Pay: ₹700,000.00 - ₹1,000,000.00 per year
